Recent Consultancy Experience

• Credera UK (2023): Provided curriculum development and strategic support for a social value, skills-based initiative for Years 12–13, designed to promote social mobility and strengthen young people’s skills and future opportunities.

• London Borough of Hackney (2022–2023): Led a review of Area Resource Provisions and wider SEND local area provision, assessing capacity, effectiveness and alignment with the needs of children and young people.

• Surrey County Council (2018–2019): Designed and implemented a SEND Profile of Need to strengthen early identification, assessment and targeted intervention within the graduated response, supporting more consistent and effective SEND provision.

• London Borough of Newham (2016–2018): Led a comprehensive review of SEND provision, resulting in the development and implementation of new Resource Provisions for pupils with ASD, alongside SEND Profiles to strengthen identification, assessment and matching of provision to need.

• London Borough of Lambeth : Associate School Improvement Adviser, providing strategic advice and challenge to support school improvement, strengthen leadership and improve teaching and learning & outcomes for pupils.
